Chapter 582

Outside the fort, five shadows flew past. In a flash, the steep, towering fortress was out of their sights.
"Be careful, it’s District One of red wasteland ahead." Eureka said seriously.
Dean knew he was talking to himself, because the other three knew the location of District One. He looked up and only saw a broken ground. There was no sign of roads or buildings but only a pile of stones, and three kilometers ahead there was a four or five meters high flag.
The flag, engraved with black dragon patterns, was waving on the wasteland as if it had been burned by fire.
As they soon reached the flag, Dean smelt the Holy Worm Powder in the air. The uniquely scented powder seeped into his pores through his amour, and he felt something different in his right arm.
He concentrated his mind and kept it in his mind.
Eureka did not stop, but sped past the flag. On the back of the flag it had a huge number: One, meaning this was the entrance to District One of the red wasteland.
They crossed the flag and went on, leaving the border behind them in a blink of an eye.
After seven or eight miles into the Red Wasteland, Eureka slowed down and then stopped flying. He walked for a change, "The three of you should remember that your job is to protect Dean. Get it?"
"Protect Dean?"
The three men looked at Dean surprisingly, who followed them behind silently. One of them was a young man with gray hair who asked, "General, our mission is to find the Executioner. Why? What is going on now?"
Eureka glanced at him. "Looking for the Executioner? Even if you do, do you think you can go back alive?"
The young man with the gray hair was shocked.
"Our first goal of this mission is to protect Dean, then find the Executioner. If anything happens to him, you and I, we will never go back alive. Have I made myself clear?" Eureka glared at the three guards.
Then they all froze.
Dean looked up at him, shocked. Him too? Did Haisha say that to Eureka behind him?
He suddenly thought of something and finally came to his senses. He was touched and ashamed. Obviously, Haisha was worried about him. She wanted Eureka to protect him, but she was also worried that Eureka couldn’t do his best, so she must have said something terrible to him.
No wonder he wasn’t wearing a long face all the way. So this was the reason.

"General, who is Dean?" The blonde woman in the trio asked Eureka cautiously.
The other two also looked at him surprised. No matter how hard they tried, they couldn’t
They only heard that her royal highness had only one sister, no brothers.
But there was no other reason why a General protected a person with his life.
Eureka glanced at the three. "Don’t ask things you should not be aware of."
The blonde girl then lowered her head.
Roar!
There was a sudden roar.
They looked up and a huge five-meter tall Walking Dead coming out behind a pile of stones. The Walking Dead’s body looked like human. Other than that, it had nothing in common with human. It had dark-spotted skin, bones bulging out of skin on the chest and abdomen, white bones on both armpits and hooky, sharp bones on the outside of both arms.
Its head was huge, with a blood-colored eye on the forehead. Its neck was half a meter long, connected with its head by tissues like black blood vessels. His head could bend freely to any angle and even rotate at 360 degrees.
"Giant Walking Dead!" Eureka, frowning slightly, reached for the dagger from his gaiters and rushed over.
Three young guards was terrified to see the giant Walking Dead.
Dean did not move but stayed put to observe while he was very frightened. According to the alb.u.m of monsters he had read on the bookshelves of the pointy building in the past two days, Giant Walking Dead was a horrible one with many variations, and its hunting level was as high as fifty-eight!
Unlike monsters, walking dead's hunting levels were accurate because there was no flexibility to value their power. Most of them were able to defeat monsters of the same level!
Although monsters were ferocious, they were conscious creatures. Walking Dead was different because all they had was instinct, which made them fight extremely desperate, even against monsters.

Giant walking dead and Eureka quickly approached each other. All of sudden, with a flash, three Eurekas showed up and circled the Giant Walking Dead in the center to hunt.
The walking dead’s face was twisted and as his dark red eyes rolled from side to side, it suddenly raised its hand to flap one of Eurekas.
The flap missed its target and another Eureka vanished, leaving the Eureka behind its back, who had lunged to leap high and stabbed its neck with a dagger!
The dagger was so sharp that as soon as it plunged into the dark red blood vessels around its neck, dark blood poured out on to Eureka's armor with a light white gas.
It was not because of corrosion, but freezing.
Wherever blood spattered, frost crystals appeared as quickly as possible!
Dean was startled by what he saw. Every Walking Dead had cold crystal in their heads. Generally, ordinary walking dead‘s body blood would be frozen. But the Giant Walking Dead’s blood was actually running and exceptionally cold. One the blood came out, it could freeze things instantly.
Eureka quickly pulled out his dagger and stepped back.
Giant walking dead turned its head. Its wound was frozen to heal!
Eureka spat spitefully, looked at it coldly, and suddenly dashed out again.

As soon as a gust of wind howled, Eureka disappeared.
The Giant Walking Dead's dark red eyes moved quickly from side to side. Suddenly, they moved to the corner of its left eye. When it was about to gauge out, a man flew out from its left side. It was Eureka.
Poof!
His dagger cut across its neck but got stuck half way through.
The Giant Walking Dead's head popped out abruptly and he opened his mouth wide at Eureka's face.
Eureka suddenly released the dagger, clasped his hands around his head, landed on his feet. The veins on his arms appeared. With a roar, he smashed its head to the ground.
Boom! Dust on the ground was splashed in the air.
