Transmigration: Let's Kill The Heroine!

Chapter 22

Under my supervision, Dull unloaded all of the weapons inside the house. I noticed that his brows furrowed at the sight of the weapons.

'He's scowling? Why? Ah…'

I tapped his shoulder and gave him a rea.s.suring smile. "Don't worry Dull, I only kill annoying people."

His lips twitched and he muttered. "Not bad people, only the annoying people."

While I was busy organizing the weapons, I noticed that Dull was intently staring at me.

I sighed as I turned my attention to him.

"Dull, better say what you want to say. If you keep staring at me with those beautiful eyes of yours, I might end up s.e.xually a.s.saulting you." I crossed my arms on my chest and gave him a teasing look.

He flinched and coughed as he tried to brush off my joke.

"I just wanted to ask. Owner, why did you buy me?"

One of my eyebrows rose after I heard his question. With a playful grin on my face, I made my way to him and reached out a hand.

"Just call me Maria. To answer your question, try holding my hand and grip it with ¼ of your strength."

He nodded and did what I told him to do.

"Ouch!" I exclaimed.

Dull immediately let my hand go and voiced an apology. "I'm sorry! You… you told me…" He had a pained expression as he looked at my slightly red hand.

"Well, that's my answer." I gently touched the hand that he gripped. "I might be intellectually strong but I'm physically weak. So I need someone to fill in my weakness."

"So I need to…" He eyes swept through the weapons.

'What the heck is wrong with Dull…'

I grabbed the collar

"Stop thinking of unnecessary thoughts. You now belong to me so you will follow any command that I give to you." My eyes flickered with wickedness. "Useless toys will be broken and thrown." Inside my pocket, I gripped the remote control for the sleeping serum and poison that was inside Dull's body.

A small device was buried near Dull's backbone. This device can release either a sleeping serum or a poison which could knock him out in a matter of seconds.

I don't know whether Dull is aware of the existence of this device but what I know is that my warning was properly conveyed as he looked at me in shock and fear.

'He's a lot bigger than me and he could just kill me before I could trigger the switch. Is he a coward or dumb?'

"I understand." He finally spoke and looked at me with his sorrowful eyes making him look like a puppy that was abused by its owner.

"Good boy." I patted his head and let him go.

After spending another hour, I finally finished organizing the weapons. So Dull and I went out to have lunch at a nearby restaurant then we went to a high-end mall. I ended up buying a mountain of clothes for Dull which for some reason, made me feel proud.

As I was shopping for his clothes, I finally got an answer to my question.

'Ah… Dull is dumb. Is it because his memories were wiped out? Well, at least he has common sense.'

Why would I end up with that conclusion?

It's because Dull was like a child all throughout. His ruby eyes would sparkle when he found things that he liked and he had an obvious dejected face when I won't pick the things that he was interested at.

The shopping spree ended by late afternoon and we went home to the Burnsworth mansion. When Dull and I arrived at home, I could see from the corner of my eyes that every servant that we pa.s.sed by looked at us in wide eyes.

"Miss Maria! Welcome ho…" Vivian's energetic greeting froze when her eyes landed on Dull who was behind me. "Miss… Miss Ma… Miss Maria… who…"

Knowing what her question is, I took the initiative to answer.

"He's name is Dull. Prepare the room beside me, it will be his room from now on." I opened the door of my bedroom and beckoned Dull to follow.

Before I could close the door, Vivian threw a question in panic.

"Miss, why did you bring this man with you?"

I gave her a teasing smile. "He's my boy toy." Then I closed the door but after several seconds, I opened it again.

As expected, Vivian stood frozen with her eyes and mouth wide open.

"Just joking, he's my personal guard you little fool." I laughed as I once again closed my bedroom door.

When I looked at Dull, he was looking at me with a shocked expression enticing me to tease him.

"Do you prefer the former or the latter?" I winked at him making him flinch.

"Latter! The latter will do!" He hastily replied as he took two steps away from me.
