Live To Regret It
Yang Yi stretched his neck before lifting Li Zhensheng by the collar altogether and throwing him on the ground. He turned to ask. "Miss Huo, how do you want us to handle this?"
Li Zhensheng suddenly raised his head and looked at Huo Yao as he lay on the ground. His head suddenly gained more clarity.
Miss Huo?
The Huos?
The lawyer was a Huo too. Did this mean they were here to seek revenge for the lawyer?
Li Zhensheng's face turned ghastly pale the instant he caught on to this. He promptly lost all his strength.
Li Zhensheng had investigated the lawyer previously. He only dared to touch the lawyer since he seemed to have no backing. Could someone tell him how Huo Tingrui ended up being related to the Min family?
If he had known sooner, he would not have the guts to pull this off!
Huo Yao threw the tissue away after wiping her hands. She said mildly, "We live in civilized times."
Yang Yi glanced at Li Zhensheng who was covered in blood and his face twitched. "Got it."
He retrieved his phone and called his subordinate. "Send the evidence to the attorney general. Tell him to sentence him asap."
He hung up after he was done giving the order.
The moment Li Zhensheng heard this, he swiftly knelt on the ground and implored. "Mr. Yang, I didn't know the lawyer was your friend."
Yang Yi
Huo Yao had already turned around to head out when her phone rang.
Yang Yi uttered a few words into the mic under his collar. After making arrangements, he followed Huo Yao and left.
Li Zhensheng watched from behind as they left. He knew there was no turning back now, so he suddenly sneered. "You will regret touching me…"
Huo Yao had reached the main entrance, but she instantly halted. She looked out of the door before she continued walking.
Her deep profound eyes looked dark.

Yang Yi sent Huo Yao to the hospital. After thanking him, Huo Yao told him to leave.
She turned and headed to a mini-mart outside the hospital. After buying some snacks, she returned to the hospital.
She took the lift to the fifth floor and went into the hospital ward.
Huo Yulin was the last person to find out Huo Tingrui was hospitalized. By the time he got home from the research institute, it was almost 10:00 pm. When he came home to an empty house, Chen Ming told him about the incident.
He hurried over to the hospital the moment he found out.
"Yao, what took you so long? Where did you go?" Huo Yulin had already arrived 30 minutes ago.
Huo Yao was holding a bag of instant noodles and biscuits. She said softly with her eyes lowered, "I was hungry, so I went out to get a bite. Since everything is closed, I just bought some food from the convenience store."
Huo Yulin was about to ask why she did not answer the phone, but he did not continue harping on it.
The assistant glanced at Huo Yao quietly. He did not know where she had gone in the past hour. She simply told him to take care of Huo Tingrui and left without explaining anything.
Huo Yao walked to the side to boil some hot water. She leaned against the cabinet lazily and tapped her fingers randomly with her mind deep in thought.
Huo Yulin walked up beside her when he noticed her preoccupation. "Are you worried about Tingrui?"
After Huo Yao snapped out of her thoughts, she looked at Huo Tingrui and said softly, "Brother Tingrui will be fine."
Huo Yulin raised his hand to touch her head and said, "The doctor already said he just needs some time to recuperate."
Huo Yao lowered her eyes and acknowledged softly.
