Chapter 9
I don't know but something told me to join him because I wasn't even feeling sleepy.
"Hey, can I join you?" I interrupted his thoughts.
"Oh, yeah sure" He answered.
"Do you like looking at the stars too?" I asked.
"Yeah, sometimes" He answered.
"Ahh, Shang, I'm sorry for what-" Shang cut me short.
"No, no, it's okay, I started it" He smiled at me.
"You are really a nice guy you know" I stroked my hair behind my ears.
"Thanks, you're a nice person too" Shang smiled.
"So which star do you like?" I asked.
"I like this one, and this and that one" Shang pointed at the sky.
I watched him as he pointed all the stars he liked, he was so cute and adorable, I really liked happy Shang.
"And which stars do you like Xian?" Shang asked.
"I like this, this, this and that one" I answered. Shang could not take his eyes off me as I grinned.
"Looks like we like the same stars" Shang smiled at me.
"Really?" I asked.
"Yeah" He answered.
"You are my other half after all" Shang chuckled.
"O-Oh thanks" I blushed.
"Umm," He smiled.
"Tomorrow evening I'll take you to somewhere very special" Shang grinned.
"Oh really?" I asked.
"Yeah" He answered.
"Oh Xian, Xian look!" Shang pointed.
We watched a shooting star, zoom down the sky in a long line of fire.
"C'mon it's getting late, let's sleep" Shang pulled me inside.
I stood by his side as I watched him lie on the bed, I turned to go to the other side but Shang pulled my hand, supporting my waist with the other as he turned both of us.
I was just a few inches away from his face, my heart began to beat faster.
"S-Shang" I stammered
"Yes dear," He bowed his head to look at me.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"I was just wondering if we could sleep together this night," Shang said, my face turned crimson immediately.
"It's okay if you are not comfortable with me" Shang spoke in a low tone.
"No, I'm fine with it" I smiled.
"Oh really?" Shang grinned.
"Heck yes," I smiled.
I wrapped my hands around his neck as he held my waist closer to him.
We both cuddled under the duvet that night.
