Chapter 31
"She is a good kid. she is still considerate about you. Is she... " Stefan noticed Sandra coming out of the kitchen and changed the subject.
"Keep coming home on weekends if you have no work." He tried to signal Andy to act along.
"Your father is right Andy, It's been more than a month that you came home." Sandra supported her husband and sat on the couch.
Andy nodded, "Dad, Mom knows that I'm working as Sky's secretary."
Stefan looked at Sandra in disbelief. But she ignored him, "Andy, Is she treating you well? Is she similar as before?"
A hint of disappointment flashed across his eyes. "Mom, Why are you interested in her now? She is the CEO now. Not my friend." Find authorized novels in Webnovel, faster updates, better experience,Please click for visiting.
"Right. Sandra, We shouldn't trouble or judge her like
"I am already guilty over that matter. I just wanted to apologize to her." She looked gloomy.
Andy's head started throbbing thinking about his past a few events. "Enough Dad and Mom please."
He took little time to calm himself. "Mom, It's good that you know you were wrong. Even I have disappointed her by not standing beside her and trusted another woman who I knew for a few months. All we can do is repent."
Andy sighed, "I tried to apologize her for what we did but I couldn't do it. It was not a small mistake. and will the apology enough for what we did?"
Andy started speaking his heart out which he suppressed for a very long time.
"When I went to ask her help, I wanted to apologize too so that she can rant on me or throw me out of the office so that I could live a little guilt-free life. But She is magnanimous, she helped me ignoring everything."
Andy started mocking at himself. "You know Mom, She is the same old Chipmunk. But the way she does things has changed. She was lively, cheerful, and was enjoying her life. But now, What she hated the most is what she is doing daily."
He shook his head hard as if he can stop everything. But we can't change reality. He then stood up and went to his room.
Stefan was sad that his son went through a lot. Sandra was on the verge of crying.
Sandra tried to go behind him to console him, But Stefan stopped her, "It must have been hard on him. Since he said everything, he will be fine. Don't worry."
